Sytrex provides agentic infrastructure for the insurance industry. The data controller for any personal data processed through this website and the Sytrex platform is Sytrex, headquartered in San Francisco, California, United States.

We collect (a) information you give us when you book a demo or contact us — name, work email, company, role; (b) standard server logs from visits to sytrex.io; (c) data your team imports into the Sytrex platform during a paid engagement, processed strictly as a data processor on your behalf.

3. How we use it

To respond to demo requests, run the Sytrex platform on your behalf, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data. We do not use customer data to train foundation models without explicit written consent.

4. Subprocessors

Sytrex runs on AWS and calls foundation models from OpenAI (GPT), Anthropic (Claude), and Google (Gemini) under enterprise terms that prohibit training on customer data.
